A rear extension and ground-floor reconfiguration in Oxted

The rear of this Oxted property was extended to create a generous kitchen and family space. Internal walls were removed to open the ground floor, and the new kitchen was designed within the extended footprint. The structural work, kitchen installation and finishes were managed as a single coordinated programme.
