Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use Supabase (hosted in the EU/UK) for database storage and Resend for transactional email. We do not store payment card details.
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction unless you request earlier deletion.
Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:
- Our technology service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf under appropriate data processing agreements
- Professional advisers where required by law
We will not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
